We saw humpback whales and it was on of the best experiences on Iceland. Only negative thing was sea sickness:) Would recommend 🤩

Der Ausflug war wunderbar, die Erklärungen sind verständlich und von hoher Kenntnis geprägt und gleichzeitig konnte glaubhaft dargestellt werden, dass man sich um das Wohlergehen der Meeresbewohner Gedanken macht und nicht wie schnell man eine Sensation nach der anderen erlangt. Insgesamt ein bleibender Eindruck auch weil wir tatsächlich Wale sehen durften ohne diese zu sehr zu belästigen. Hier würde ich immer wieder buchen.

September, 2023Davvero un’esperienza molto bella anche se le probabilità di vedere balene erano inizialmente scarse, alla fine siamo riusciti a vederne una da vicinissimo, un’emozione unica. Lo staff è amichevole, Mada è molto appassionata e cordiale, mi ha dato anche consigli per il mal di mare, lo consiglio!

September, 2023En Husavik hay varias empresas y todas hacen un tour similar, de hecho se comunican entre ellas en el mar cuando una de ellas encuentra una ballena, salen a las mismas horas, etc. Ver más o menos ballenas no depende de estas agencias, pero lo que sí está en su mano son cosas como la amabilidad de la guía, la experiencia del capitán para ir al lugar adecuado y aumentar las posibilidades de avistamiento, el número de personas que meten en el barco, la ropa que te dan...y en mi caso, estoy muy contento con Friends of Moby Dick. La guía es super simpática, el capitán estuvo en el momento y lugar adecuado para ver las ballenas que vimos, no se acerca demasiado (para no molestarlas) pero tampoco se queda excesivamente lejos...en definitiva, lo recomiendo. En mi caso, tuvimos suerte de ver 2 ballenas jorobadas y una de ellas se puso a saltar fuera del agua!! Tuvimos mucha suerte

Personnel accueillant, bien organisé. Le bateau n'est pas surchargé de personnes comme les autres compagnies. Enfin une excursion qui vaut sont prix ☺️ Ils vous prête une combinaison chaude . Et vous avez avec eux 30% de réduction pour le musée de la baleine .

The waters around Húsavik are home to several species of cetaceans, including the more common Humpback and Minke whales as well as rarer visitors such as Blue, Fin and Killer whales. White-beaked dolphins and Harbour porpoises can also be seen on our trips. These magnificent creatures are truly a sight to behold and our team of whale watching experts will help you get up close and personal with them.
In addition to whale watching, our tours offer breathtaking views of the beautiful Icelandic coastline and the chance to see other marine life such as seals, and sea birds. Our boat is designed to provide a comfortable and stable platform for viewing wildlife, and our knowledgeable guides will provide you with a wealth of information about the whales,their habitats and other marine life.
This is our whale watching tour. We will head West towards Kinnarfjöll, the highest point is syðri háganga *(1284m). On that way we are passing through the best whale watching area in Skjalfandi bay, we can expect to see Humpbacks and Minkes and sometimes other species like Blue or Fin whales, we will spend the rest of our tour with the whales and then return to Husavik.
