  • If geothermal pools are your thing, you should definitely check out GeoSea in Husavik! It is considered as one of the most beautiful “infinity pools” in Iceland, open all year round, long hours! Simply click on the picture and check the availability to enjoy it!

  • Dog sledding in Iceland is a unique and exciting way to experience the country's stunning landscapes. Although Iceland isn’t traditionally associated with dog sledding like Greenland or Alaska, it has become a popular activity, especially on the snowy terrains in winter or the vast gravel plains and glaciers in summer.

  • Whale Museum in Husavik is the only place in Iceland where you can see a real skeleton 1:1 of a Blue Whale - the largest mammal living on the Earth. The Exhibition is very broad and dives into details from facts about each species to larger context of history and relationship between whales and people in Iceland. The Húsavík Whale Museum is a must-visit for anyone interested in marine life and Iceland’s rich connection to the ocean.

  • Húsavíkurkirkja, the church in Húsavík, is a beautiful wooden church that has become a local landmark.
