Moby Dick

Moby Dick is our beloved traditional Icelandic oak boat. Moby was built in the year of 1976 in a town in the south of Iceland called Hafnarfjörður and was originally used as a fishing vessel. Since then Moby has found a new purpose and now sails with up to 40 passengers at a time in the pristine waters of Skjálfandi bay in search for whales. and other marine life. Moby Dick is perfect for those who enjoy being one with nature and want a more intimate experience.

            Vinur
up to 48 PAX | New addition since July 2025
Our family has a long history of owning fishing boats with the name Vinur so this name was a given when we bought Vinur orignally named “Oyglimt” from Norway in November 2024. Vinur means friend in Icelandic.
Vinur has a license for 48 passengers. This boat has 2 indoor seating areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 different outdoor viewing platforms.
Vinur is perfect for families and for those you want to have the option of being indoors for a part of their journey. During colder months: April-may and September-December Vinur is our main vessel.
