While Húsavík remains our home base, we might occasionally sail from Akureyri, as the mountains in the fjord can sometimes provide more shelter from the wind. The availability in Akureyri is open only if we can confirm wildlife activity in the area at the time, to ensure we continue to offer the best possible experience.
