Three Humpback Whales Together in Skjálfandi Bay

Another beautiful spring day on Skjálfandi Bay brought us a lovely encounter with three humpback whales together.

After the variety of sightings the day before, it was wonderful to head back onto the bay and find humpbacks again. This time, three whales were together, giving us the chance to spend time observing them against the spectacular surroundings of Skjálfandi Bay.

The weather was amazing, making for beautiful conditions on the water and another memorable April whale watching tour from Húsavík.

Spring is certainly beginning to make itself felt in the bay, and we're excited to see what the coming days will bring. 🐋
